Vegeta I still think sensed the whole 90k during the fight. Prove yourself, child! FOOL! Never refer to a Dark Lord of the Sith as child. Anyway though Vegeta is able to pick up what Goku unleashed on Recoome where no one else could, I think he was able to sense what Goku put out and how much he was holding back.

Posts: 2,148 Group: Banned Member #5,120 Joined: August 9, 2010	Yea Goku doesn't hit 90 until he starts powering up. I'm sure Vegeta knows that 60k is just for starters. But it doesn't appear he's thinking about Kaioken at all. He even thinks Ginyu and Goku's abilities will be a match. So unless Vegeta thinks that Ginyu is like 400k, I doubt he is thinking about Kaioken.
