I think he wins until 70% and it will be a great fight while Frieza been 100% but I still give it to Frieza,all that with Kaioken did we count this?

Absolute End of Century Conquerer Posts: 1,345 Group: Member Member #9,053 Joined: February 16, 2013 Favourite Anime Hokuto no Ken/Fist of the North Star Favourite Manga Hokuto no Ken/Fist of the North Star	Base Goku should be stronger than the humans, who whilst showing up when Piccolo told them only to do so if they could be of use against an opponent stronger than SSJ Trunks, still treated Freeza as a big deal. Based on that, I'd probably peg Base Goku's power around that of 50% Freeza.

Chrome, Safari, IE Favourite Manga Rave Master, FLCL, .hack//legendofthetwilight, Naruto II	If Cooler's conversation with Goku is anything to go by in "The Return of Cooler" than Goku could have killed him with a Kaioken times twenty. Cooler's power level is 470,000,000 apparently according to the V-Jump Broly & Cooler promo scans. Whereas Frieza was maxed out at 120,000,000. Super Saiyan Goku is probably in the neighborhood of 500,000,000 after the Transformation, so his Kaioken x 20 state is right about @ 200,000,000. So just barely, but he'll make it with one Kamehameha wave in that form. Presuming Frieza hasn't done any level grinding himself.

Still debatable, especially when the subs aren't out yet, there's a large chance of Goku not being at full power and that Base Saiyans<Freeza contradicts almost everything shown about the Base Saiyan's power after the ROSAT.
