One bang equals Super Saiyan 2 for Gohan, at least in the movies. The character sketches and animation show this. |

But you can't disregard the Anime though, because the Movies does follow the Anime, and the Anime follows the same logic as the Movies, and Toei most of the time shows one bang for both SS and SS2. |

You mean his bang was pushed to the side, and when he Transforms his band pops up... in the beam struggle his bang only pushed to the side then up, suggesting the wind of the beam said it. |

As a Super Saiyan, he has two bangs regardless of wind factor. This does not happen when he's a Super Saiyan 2. During the Final Push, he had one bang as opposed to two before Goku intervened. The movie showed him with one bang during the first round against Broly, and two bangs during the majority of the beam struggle. Why the distinction if it ultimately meant nothing artistically and story-wise? |

You mean how Gohan reverted back to Base from getting his butt kicked, and if Gohan could have gone SS2 he would have used it from the start. But, let's go with this... Gohan was weak as it is, and so was Goten... so, for Broli to be beaten by a weak Gohan and weak Goten, and only one fresh person... Broli is still weak. |

Are u trying to say that the force/air/whatever-it-is cant push up one of the 2 bangs of SSJ2 Goku ? Funny , but it didnt work

No I'm trying to say that it doesn't match SSJ2 Goku's hair and that SSJ2 was not in the manga when M10 was written and animated. SSJ2 didn't even exist as it's own form at first. |
