 Well, it doesen't take much to be able to toy with a SSJ Rusty Gohan. I would say he is on Vegeta's level at most since Vegeta still thought he would have to watch out for Dabura's spit.

Where he pounds Gohan? Wasn't that canon?

SS2 Kid Gohan>SSJ2 Teen Gohan (against Dabura)

I guess that alone puts Cell as the winner.

Even with all that magic spit, invisible sword that Dabra has, Cell's fightin intellect's superior to almost any Z Fighter.

Dabura can win this if he spits on him or catches him with that cape swipe.

Just because Gohan dodged it doesn't mean Cell would in a different case, environment, etc.

Dabura could slash him then burn him to bits.

Of course the other would have the better advantage in power depending on whose stronger from Gohan. Their skills could clash good.

Super perfect cell has the instant transmission which could break any fight in his favour. He has more skills, is probably much powerful and will be miles more intellectual

 I'd say dabura because he actually could take a blow from buu and get up, But he died anyway- Cell might also win due to saiyan zenkai and namekian regeneration.

Kaioshin also took many blows from Boo, even in the manga. When it came to the Boo Arc, those kind of durability feats became void. Hell, even before then they were pretty flawed (eg. the humans taking a few hits from the Cell Juniors).

 Cell will take this,Dabura was toying at his full power I think with Ssj Teen Gohan,on the other hand Cell was toying around with Ssj Gohan kid who is much stronger than his shelf 7 years later and he wasn't in full power(Cell powers up later on ssj2 Gohan I think)
