 At equal levels, I see nothing to stop Paikuhan from taking this, unless Gohan manages to find the weakness of his Thunder Flash before he takes too much damage.

 I'd say Piccolo could handle Pikkon, but that is not what this is about.

Gohan doesn't have the necessary skill to beat Pikkon. Pikkon is an extremely skilled fighter, who has unique attacks, whereas Gohan only has Kamehameha and Masenko.

 If the movie was before a little than Uub arc Gohan was not suppose to train for like 7 years he's fighting in instiqs have gone,while Pikkon was training for like many many years,I think that the only one who can beat him at equal was Goku because he found the weakness of him and Vegeta perhaps

 Gohan wouldn't have the skill or battle smarts to defeat someone like Paikuhan at equal power levels.

 Is it? Gohan after the Cell Games slouched and it showed in his battle with Dabura, as pointed out directly by Vegeta. Perhaps you're thinking of Kid Gohan, the little 11-year-old who beat Cell.

 I agree... Pikkon is very tactical and overwhelming. Maybe if Gohan was SSJ2 and stronger then I see him beating Pikkon. Hed mop the floor with him if PLs were how theyre supposed to be. SSJ2 Gohan > SPC > Pikkon > Goku
