Why weren't the Black Star Balls discovered with the Dragon Radar immediately after Kami and Piccolo reunited? We know the radar can detect them, so why did it not do so before? Also, how did Pilaf know about Kami, King Piccolo and their reunification? Unless there is an answer, then there is no reason for GT to be canon. |

Okay, so... My theory is that the Dragon Radar couldn't find the Black Star DBs. They upgraded the dragon radar to pick up their signals, and then they travelled into space. Pilaf has probably studied over the long years, trying to find the dragonballs. He knew about Goku, and King Piccolo. He probably spied on them. And yeah, as Aang says... GT isn't canon. |

I agree with Emmeth and Aang. However, I believe GT is canon. But that's for another discussion

How is GT canon when Toriyama said it wasn't..? And yes, it's a HUGE plot hole. You can make whatever ridiculous theory you want up in order for it to make sense to YOU, but for the rest of the world, it's a plothole. Nothing more, nothing less. One of the many reasons why GT isn't canon. |

There are many things in z that make no sense, yet we still consider it canon... |

GT may not be exactly canon but it definitely makes as much if not more sense the DBZ including all of its movies and specials, odd plot twist, and dubious filler material I'd say that they were hidden so they couldnt be tracked... You know Kami's lookout is a weird place with other dimensions and other hoopla. Either that, or they just never thought to use the radar up there |

Are we having a Canon fight? I'll call Megatron. He's got a Fusion Cannon, that should solve our embarrassing Canon issue (Like seriously, Transformers, Star Wars and Potter Fans never waste time with this Canon crap, why do we still? Are we that behind as a fanbase? Sheesh, but now that I've offended everyone I'll direct your attention to my answer ;p). Lolz, but seriously, you can ask that question about any Dragon Ball. How did Frieza find out about Namek's? Or Vegeta for that matter, he just took a wild guess almost. Or for that matter, who told BULMA and PILAF about the Dragon Balls in the first place? Research! They researched the legend, and analyzed them. It's probably the same way Pilaf found the Lookout. And if Gero can spy on the Saiyans all the way through the Trunks Saga, why not Pilaf? He's got the resources, I say he can do it! |

The black star dragonballs were probably hidden so that they would never be discovered again.. Then in GT they upgraded- 'Kay y'know what I don't know I get very confused with GT >3< I don't consider GT canon, but, y'know, opinions. We have those. So... |

If I may interject, no one official has ever come out and said what's canon and what isn't. So canonicity of the series has always been a judgment of the fans. |

Honestly.. I wasn't even too forreal about that one. I just like how it shows and fits that it follows the story though. |
