Coolers boost was to huge he manage to overcome two ssjs easily,and they were both android saga or after then I have them pretty much equal but Ssj Vegeta would won barely

Chrome Favourite Manga Dragonball Z	Meta Cooler's boost was incredibly high. It went basicly from around SSJ Namek Goku to being on par with Cell games Goku tbh. Since Kamicollo existed and Dende was a guardian. Kinda strange but it's all about opinions. I think he was at cell games Goku and would one shot Vegeta. Adding the rest won't do any good tbh.
