 Well, Ultimate is beyond limits.

So, when Base... it's Ultimate. So yeah, Ultimate could get the job done where SS3 fails.

 I suppose my Potara formula would fall in between "Scenario 1" and "Scenario 2", as it does not matter if a person is Ultimate or not because the formula applies it to both participants.

I have Base Gohkan between Buuhan and SSJ Vegetto, with SSJ2 Gohkan ~ SSJ3 Vegetto. I have no idea what that means in regards to GT.

I do not believe the newly formed Gohkan would be "Ultimate Gohkan" (or able to become "Ultimate Gohkan") without sitting through the ceremony.

Kakarrot and Vegeta's Base went from being way below Post Zeta Sword, to Base Vegetto being around Ultimate Boo. His multipliers would have to be huge.

Could you explain what your Multipliers are on the matter?

You've got me curious.

I do not understand how, from anything I stated, you would assume my Potara formula is "low". It still manages to take Goku and Vegeta's base from below [Post-Zeta] Base Gohan to beyond Ultimate Gohan when fused.

If your assumption is based on my placement of Gohkan, I suppose I did not explain how my formula works very clearly.

The entire basis of the following was to create a formula that allowed Ultimate Gohan to participate in a Potara fusion that would result in a character who was no longer Ultimate and could turn SSJ (as implied by Elder Kai), without over bloating the numbers.

Firstly, I must state that I run with a fixed "Ultimate" constant. I am perfectly fine with martial artists (specfically Z senshi) all having the same amount of dormant power, and prefer to think that Gohan's mixed blood and emotional state allowed access his easier than most. I also have no problem with the earrings performing the same release that Elder Kai performed. Technically, nothing stated contradicts these beliefs. If you can acknowledge these beliefs as possible (even if not probable in your own opinion) then:

By incorporating the "Ultimate" release constant into my Potara formula it effectively cancels the effect of the "Ultimate" release on the fusion participants.

If seeing the formula itself helps get my point across:

(Ultimate(Character 1) + Ultimate(Character 2)) x R = Base Fusion Character

Where "R" is a small, calculated multiplier; what I consider to be a "Rival Boost". If you wish for me to go into detail on how this is determined, then all you need do is ask (though it should not be required for this particular discussion).

So, if a character is not "Ultimate", they become "Ultimate" (i.e. Ultimate Goku), and if the character is already "Ultimate" then nothing is adjusted. So, for Gokhan the formula would become:

(Ultimate Goku + Ultimate Gohan) x R

Clearly, this formula could work for anyone but it requires certain beliefs. It is certainly not "low".

Nothing in my model is contradicted by the manga. It can appear to be contradicted by certain interpretations of said manga though. Compare it to picking a side in Base Saiyans vs Piccolo, or 50% FPSSJ Goku vs USSJ Trunks; if my opinion falls on the opposite side to your own, that does not make my opinion contradictory or incorrect, it it simply an alternative interpretation of certain events/statements.

It is extremely difficult to work out Gokhan being weaker than Vegito mostly because Gohan HIMSELF isn't even that far from Base Vegito.
A base Gokhan AT THE LEAST has to be around SSJ Vegito, or do people keep forgetting that
1. The stronger person doesn't have to surpress and
2. Potarra is more powerful than fusion dance.
Don't even think about Vegito getting anywhere near U.Gokhan

Well, half of Vegetto is Vegeta, and when you replace that half with someone who blows him out of the water even without Ultimate, that makes a difference.

Then, add in the possibilities that Ultimate could carry over, and if it did then it would be Gohan beyond his limits, and Kakarrot beyond his limits, then the Potara Fusion.

We know Potential wins Kakarrot>>>>>>>>Vegeta, and Gohan>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Kakarrot.
That means, Gohan>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Vegeta. with or without Ultimate, Gohkan would be stronger than Vegetto no matter what. And, if he's Ultimate, then he'll be beyond his limits, Vegetto would be nothing to him, like Vegeta is nothing to Gohan.
