I remember owning the old Goku vs Frieza showdown game thing and seeing a lot of promos for the Frieza saga on TV back in the day even after the Kid Buu saga had aired. I mean the guy had the universe by the balls for decades so that's got to count for something. On top of that he's one of the only villains that always gets mentioned/shown in the movies and GT. The FUNi dub of GT even had Goku say "I haven't had a fight that wore me out that much since Frieza". The Bardock special is about him In Tree of Might Turles and his men seem to be planning to overthrow him Cooler's revenge is about avenging his death and flashes back to the Bardock special Movie 8 flashes back to the destruction of Planet Vegeta also He appears in movie 12 and everyone else cowers when he loses to Gohan He was one of 2 old villains that got to battle Goku in GT He gets mentioned and compared to in Son Goku and his friends return His defeat is an important plot point in Battle of the Gods A lot of Cell's evil nature comes from him He's badass and super evil Edited by 90sDBZ, May 4 2013, 10:05 AM.
