Or more like scientific geniuses.. Who was more of one between Dr. Briefs and Dr. Gero? Bulma may be at the bottom of the chain, but she's proved herself to be considered a genius. Even having it in her bio. She also had to of gotten a lot of it from Dr. Briefs as well, growing up and watching him over the years. Dr. Briefs - Dr. Gero > Bulma Gero created artificial killing machines, but couldn't Doc Briefs do the same if he wanted? Couldn't even Bulma? I'd like to discuss who you think is the top genius. If you think Bulma has a chance.. She's in this discussion as well. |

I'm going to say... Dr Briefs>Dr. Gero=>Bulma. Without any plans, he was able to rebuild No. 16, he's made several Space Ships, and he has a major corporation from his designs. |

I was about to get into that. Think about all of the stuff Briefs created compared to Gero's toys. I mean.. I can see him or Bulma doing the same. He did admit that Bulma could fix #16 better.. But she knew more about that android nonsense than he did. She had least tinkered around with some plans coming straight from Gero before. Mind you.. Bulma made a time machine and said she could of made a better one if her lab wasn't destroyed. That right there > any android or cyborg, imo. |

Thats true But making something like Cell is also a huge feat , bigger than making normal androids/cyborgs Edited by DSB, May 2 2013, 12:53 PM.

I forgot about Bulma doing the work. Well, technically Gero only programmed his Computer to finish Cell. But, programming his Computer to pull it off, is an impressive feat of it's self. |

The initial and most important work to create cell was done by Gero himself ... the rest [briefing , morale boosting , checking progress etc] was done by the computer |

It's still impressive that he programmed his Computer to do all of that on it's own. |

I agree. When it comes to the computer.. It started with him. He designed the computer to do all of that. But a lot of things that he probably wasn't capable of was left out of his hands and left to a computer to do. Like how are computer and technology does for us. |

Super Saiyan among Super Saiyans

Regarding improving #16, in general, reverse engineering is a lot easier than engineering from scratch, just saiyan. Gero was able to make cyborgs that far surpassed even 3 year-trained SSJs in a time when the maximum power of the battlefield was Vegeta's 18g. Then if you bring in Cell, it's that much more amazing. Then again, it's really difficult to compare appliances to war machines. Overall, I'm just more impressed with Gero honestly |
| We Super Saiyans are in a league of our own. | |

Actually, you may be surprised there. Going down to the level of genetic engineering may be easier than artificially creating something fully and completely. |

Didn't Gero invent an infinite energy source? Then again, Bulma had the potential to switch time-dimensions... I dunno |
