Also brings leadership too. And I think five years might be a little bit exaggerating. His last 3 years haven't been that great, not gonna lie.

It's tough to correct that, because quite simply, he's not that fast haha. I can see him as a one or two down player, but not a four down guy. And I disagree with the Chargers trading up to get him when Arthur Brown was still available. Still, one mans ttrash is another mans treasure for the Ravens haha.
