Trunks is capable of firing a blast right above 18's level when he said he'd fire a blast that wouldn't kill her, when he's only experienced her suppressed level? No offense, but that's real weak.

Super Saiyan Son Goku wasn't at full power at Yakon, otherwise, Dabra would not have had to re-evaluate his strategy based off of fighting Son Gohan.

What?
He never stated anything about Pui Pui aside from the fact that he was strong.
And Kaioshin obviously isn't too good at estimating battle power if he was under the belief that they all had to attack Pui Pui and that Vegeta solo-ing didn't stand a chance. There's also the fact that he couldn't sense "cloud form" Boo's power when it was right in front of his face, while Gohan could sense him without difficulty. Point being, Kaioshin has proven repeatedly that his battle power estimation ability is crap.

Kaioshin wad pretty good at sensing energy. And he wasn't really scared of puipui all he was doing is trying to b cautious. i said this many times but here is is the effects of babidis power. 1 it makes you stronger
2 it may also grant some other abilities.
3 the person under babidis control are like energy sponges every hit they do on you sends energy to majin buu.
Now thinking of what the supreme kai is thinking is that babidi collects strong warriors which is true just not strong compared to the saiyans now. Anyway supreme kai just assumed pui was strong because babidi has him which is one reason why he was cautious. the second reason he was cautious was because they are in babidis ship and as we can see babidi can teleport people to anywhere he wants which gives a potential advantage to any of babidis minions. And yet another reason of supreme kais caution is cause if any of babidis henchmen so much as hit any of the zfighters then as you can see it would allow majin buus Resurrection.Which is something that he very much does not want at all.So as you can see he wasn't scared of pocus he may have overestimated him but that was mostly due to hearing that babidi collects strong warriors and makes them stronger. And also he just did not wanted to take a chance,

If he was honestly that good at sensing ki, he also would've sensed that he'd have difficulty retraining SSj2 Gohan during the attack by Spopavich and Yamu. He didn't mention this difficulty until after the fact. And he also would've sensed that the Saiyans were all holding back. He knew that they all had access to Super Saiyan (and Gohan had SSj2) and he honestly believed that they couldn't beat Pui Pui unless they all teamed up. Vegeta in base alone was more than what Pui Pui could handle. It doesn't make sense why Kaioshin would be so convinced that they needed to team up unless he indeed was really that bad at judging battle power.

You're #2 assumption is purely speculative. The only possible ability that was gained for Vegeta (for example) was SSj2, which is strongly suggested to be in his arsenal prior to his Majin possession.

All Babidi did that we know of was "control" Vegeta, and bring his potential out. Vegeta is naturally durable.
