The Prince of All Saiyans/Debaters.

10x gravity was at Vegeta's planet. Therefore Vegeta is faster at Earth rather than in his own Planet.

I don't even put him at first form Freeza. And the 10x gravity thing suggests this. Planet Vegeta also had 10x gravity, and most of those people (who get increases every time they almost die) didn't even touch 10,000.

People are so de-sensitized by the freakish power levels that the main characters have, that they always forget this one simple fact: Freeza in his first form, as well as the few people that we frequently see in the series, are all way above average when it comes to battle power. Even Freeza's first form level (530,000) is god-like.

I just don't think it's practical to believe that every enemy character after that has power that grows with the Saiyans and company if all their powers are freakish.

People don't put Pui Pui that high just for fun. It's because everyone's statements put him above Freeza.

The Prince of All Saiyans/Debaters.

Everyone after Cell Saga is basically above Frieza except Babidi.

Manga shows so many times Base Saiyans > Frieza. I hope we read the same manga , because your evidence of Goku being surprised of defeating Frieza doesn't bring up a evidence of Frieza> BS. It only shows how strong Kaioshin is , considering they can't sense his ki.

Then present evidence for it.

I can't imagine him being higher than MECHA freeza... he's so weak. No one in their right mind would view being used to a low 10g's as a bench mark... he can be anywhere from Ginyu to 100% Freeza at best...

You're missing the point. You aren't looking at the bigger picture.

Just because the Saiyans (Goku and Vegeta) get massively stronger with time doesn't mean that everybody else in the universe does as well. The people we see later in the series are freaks of nature, and only a select few exist.

My point is that the average power for warriors in the universe stays the same, regardless of what happens to the main characters and how much time passes. Only a select few in the Universe at the time of the Boo Arc can contend with Goku and Vegeta, while if you were to see them in the Saiyan Arc, almost everyone in the universe at that point in time could contend with them because they were the average.

We know they were the average because the Ginyu Force (average 60,000) were above average. Even Guldo (40,000) was above average.

He is atleast stronger than Frieza. Alot stronger. He could even take hits from Base Vegeta.. altough he held back but still. I'd say somewhere at Semi-Perfect and Imperfect.

Guldo at 40,000? Lol.

Kaioshin said any of the Kaioshins could one-shot Freeza. And he knew Goku defeated Freeza. He held Pui-Pui in higher regard than Freeza, ergo Pui-Pui is stronger.

Trunks and Goten being equal to 18 when fighting.

When I look at the fight I observe...

- #18 dictating the pace of the fight, with Trunks & Goten shown to be visibly struggling
- #18 eventually forcing them to flight and to use Super Saiyan
- #18 landing clean a shot that sends them crashing through the ring; Trunks & Goten never land anything on her

That is not an equal fight.

You said the manga "shows so many times Base Saiyans > Frieza" yet this was all you presented? If you've got anything else saved up, I suggest you use them.

#18 wasn't so powerful that she could tank their attacks. And likewise the kids weren't so much weaker than #18 could easily knock them out of the ring.

Now take away the suit, which limits Trunks vision, give Trunks the use of his legs and the kids should be somewhere in #18's strength area, possibly a bit weaker or stronger.

The boys had their mask and clothes on. Which its also stated by themselves. You're missing the fact that 18 didn't even damage them at all.

I just showed you a example of it. I can bring up the point of Goku being equal to Yakon at base , while Kaioshin (who states to be able to one-shot Frieza) is so afraid of him , and plans to take on him as a group instead of individual.
