Well I think he is stronger than Frieza,I'm saying this because when Vegetas taik to himshef(kind of strange😀)he said that Majin Buu sounds like something like Frieza,then Supreme kai read his mind and says to him that all of the Kai's killed by Majin buu no sweat and all Kai's could defeat Frieza no sweat,but when Supreme Kai sees Pui Pui he says to fight them together and even worries if he can win,hope I help😄

	list of canon sources: the DB manga, and the Dr. Slump manga as it applies to the crossover during the rra saga. list of non canon sources: everything else, regardless of origin, format, or quality. for those that blindly follow word of god

The recent movie establishes Freeza's superiority in the universe and confirms that the main characters without Super Saiyan are still inferior to him in power. Therefore, Vegeta in his base state wouldn't have been able to humiliate Pui Pui so effortlessly if he were in fact that strong.

Plus he thought his 10x gravity was so special while Goku in the beginning of Z mastered it quickly. So far into the series and this guy thinks 10x gravity is something amazing.

So far into the series and this guy thinks 10x gravity is something amazing. because gravity has nothing to do with power, but with physical strength and adjusting to the gravity. kid trunks is hundreds of times more powerful than trunks saga vegeta, but while vegeta mastered 150g, and supposedly has trained in 300g, trunks could barely move in 150g, because he's never done gravity training before. even a human as physically strong as vegeta would be slowed down by 10g if they'd never experienced it before, and one with his power, but with lesser strength would have difficulty moving their limbs at all.

The gravity just adds a lot of weight to your entire body basicely, it's not some kind of magic. I think anyone stronger than Frieza at his best would not rely on something so insignificant at that point. AT must have done it this way to showcase how weak Pui Pui is to be Vegeta's punching bag.

Gohan in the androids arc could despite the fact that someone like Raditz lived in 10x every day. It's a matter of getting used to it, not having a very high power.

When Kaioshin brings up his kin being capable of defeating Freeza in a single blow, Goku's reaction indicates that it is an impressive feat, something that should only hold true for his base form. Vegeta defeating Pui Pui--assuming he was Freeza's tier--wouldn't make sense based on what was conveyed not too long earlier. Chapter: 445 (DBZ 251), P14.1-5 Context: after hearing that Boo destroyed hundreds of planets Vegeta (thinking to himself): “Hmph…Even we Saiyans could do a thing like that…” Kaioshin: “No, Vegeta. At the time, there were 5 Kaioshins. Any one of them was good enough to defeat someone of Freeza’s level in a single blow…Out of those Kaioshins, 4 were killed by Majin Boo.” Goku: “Hieeh! A-amazin’…” Vegeta: “Th-that bastard…So he can even read minds, huh?”
