And we would have to have a male and a female hero this time. With Transformations,i think we talked about that right? If I remember correctly, in the last Fan Desired DBZ game thread we made I think we ended up with a list like this for Races. Android ---> Super Android Changeling (Frieza's Race) ---> Forms ---> Metal Form(?) Human ---> Sage(?) Kai Majin ---> Super Majin ---> Pure Majin Namekian ---> Super Namekian or Great Namek Saiyan ---> Super Saiyan Forms ---> Oozaru Forms ---> Possibly Super Saiyan Four, but then that would kinda cross the line into making your hero a Mary Stu or Wesely Crusher. Tuffle Or something along those lines. (Geez this game is getting complex, could Bandai even do this?) |

I think they could, but not as their annual game. They would have to bring a separate team (You, me, Gohan and others who's had great ideas ) and work on this game, then when Bandai is through with it fi they're not doing another for a bit, combine recourses on this game.I agree with that, and of course hybrids too. Have Base-SS4, and like with Frieza's race, give that Character the same amount of Transformations as Frieza as their basic amount and then allow them Coolers if they can become that powerful. I really would hero mode as just like in DBZ, and have the progression rates the same too. I would also allow the Saiyan the option of using the Grade forms too, but if they didn't want to use them, then they don't have them. I doubt they could do this, but it would be neat to Master SS the same as in DBZ, like what Kakarrot told Gohan how they were going to. |

Ah the Ultra SS and Ascended SS versions, I can dig that. What arena's are gonna be playable. I think GT has a lot of different planets that could create quite a few environments and hazards to fight in. |

I think a selected amount from DB/Z/GT should be available from the start, and the rest through unlocking and possible DLC. With all having destructible environments too. |

Hmm, i can think of a good one. Remember when the Z fighters had to fight Yakon in the darkness? You could put the fight there and you only can see the outline of the other character, or you could power up to get a little light in the place. |

Actually that brings up a new idea for Transformations in general. You remember back in Budokai 1 & 2 when Transformations drained Ki and if you got knocked down you'd drop down to the next closest form you could maintain. And the higher up you were, the faster the Ki Drained? I figure we could use some sort of blast guage or transformation gague that does the same thing. And a Mastered Super Saiyan form or Super Saiyan Four could have less taxing and draining properties like in the anime, versus let's say the third level of Super Saiyan which was really hard on Goku's body. Also, Oozaru's could be tougher to control because the primal instinct is always fighting for control. Not so much to hinder gameplay, but enough to enrich the experience and give you the feeling that you're in a war with primal forces. |

You know...I really wouldn't have a problem if Power Levels were used in this, and like in any of the Super Saiyan forms, if you got down to a certain number you would drop out of it, and the same for all forms too. I know the Power Level thing might be much, if that didn't work is what you said a gauge, and when you fell below a certain line you would drop out of that form. Or, if you were getting curb stomped, and was hit with an attack powerful enough that it knocked to Base. |

Yeah, and in hero mode if you wanted...combine the option of a Dragon Radar with a Saiyan Scouter that has different settings, to search for the Dragon Balls or to search for powers, or if you wanted you can use the Radar too. |

Oh yeah, the Dragon Ball searching. Sometimes in games I forget that you can gather the balls lol. That being said, how would the move systems work? Would we have it like Budokai Tenkaichi where you can customize stats but the skills stay the same, or more like Budokai where you have to set supers via dyna-caps? And then how would you execute attacks? Button combos like Budokai or on the fly execution like Budokai Tenkaichi? That being said, i kinda like the Ultimate Tenkaichi system of defending from Super Moves. (Wow, we still keep making this game more and more complex.) |

Haha yeah. I would have the moves like Raging Blast 2, where the Super Attacks are up, down, left, right on the control stick, then the Ultimate is clicking down on the control stick. As for stats, I never played Budokai Tenkaichi. But, I still wouldn't mind it being a Power Level system. I know it would makes things crazy, but I think it can be done. What do you think? |

Well Budokai Tenkaichi was a slightly less refined version of Raging Blast, so it's funadmentally the same. So elaborate a bit more on the power level system? (We could call it the OVER 9000!!! Engine!) Would it exclusively be for stats and transformations? How would we build the guage? Would it be relative to forms? Max out at a certain point. This could be the center of the gameplay (After all, transformation is one of the most abused tropes in Dragon Ball to the point where it's basically the trope namer for Transformation Sequences) so we can almost build the fighting system around that alone. |

Oh yes, that would be the point. And yes, the power levels would be over everything, I would have a minimum power level for each Super Saiyan form, like with Super Saiyan since the weakest Saiyan we see Transform is Kakarrot in the Frieza arc, so I would make 3,000,000 the minimum power level required to Transform. Also, until Super Saiyan is Mastered, if you hit x 20-25 Base, then you revert back to Base. Get what I mean? Also, I would make it cannon, so it would be OVER 8,000.
