I have a tendency to ask people what their favor abilities are so here it is. I would like one attack and one technique and the reason you would select these two as your money skills. No transformations please

My favorite attack is Piccolo energy attack he uses on Android 17 (Stalled KI I like to call it) where they hang in the air then converge on the target. And if you dont think regeneration is a technique then I heavily favor Quarter Split

Also I think it's my fav due to it being the first technique I've seen, so nostalgia yea :P

Mozilla Firefox Favourite Manga Hellsing, Elfen Lied, Trigun Maximum	I'm a huge fan of Freeza's Death Beam, simple but highly dangerous. I mean Early DB characters were already easy bullet timers, come here with people with PL's over a million and they can't even see the attack, much less react to it. It was blindingly fast and always carried the scent of death with it. Can you imagine what it must've been like for you. It must've made Freeza look like a literal god of death. Someone gives Freeza a strange look, he points at them, the guy suddenly falls down dead and you have no way to even understand how it happened. Freeza just pointed and the guy died, must've been terrifying for people.

It's a welcome change from the other signature moves from the vast majority of the cast (A version, variant or similar type of beam. EG the Kamehameha or some other ray) and really shows off a positive trait that Gotenks have that other ignore. He's creative. Do you think Goku could figure out shape manipulation in the form of sentient ghost bombs? How do you even come up with that. And it works too. Well as well as any other technique could work on Buu. Either way it's pretty cool, especially since the Ghost can also use energy blasts! That's a flexible technique. Technique: CHOCOLATE BEAM/SPELL Again, it's still more of an attack and I'll admit both of my selections hit that fuzzy line. But the shape changing properties are game breaker status. Why atomize someone when you can just eat them? Granted the technique can be resisted to a point, and the spell even reversed if the right user is there. But in the vast majority of situations, this is more game breaking than at Kienzan/Solar Flare combo. Yeah you can cut the regenerating guy in half, but he'll regen. You turn him into chocolate and eat him, he's done! Sure you can drill a hole through him, but if he's chocolate, he's done! You can blow stone spit away, a ray of magic requires a bit more effort. And that's presuming you have the attack with the right property to deflect it. That's pretty interesting.
