How do you think the initial transformation scenario played out when he transformed into a SSJ2 and into a SSJ3? What was King Kai's reaction? Where were they exactly? How was Goku training when it happened? How do you think things played out?

Chrome Favourite Manga Dragonball Z	I think after a very very Rough training in the other world, where goku and some Kais are watching him struggling very hard , as he is bruisy, tired, goku is very emotional when he is about to achieve the ssj2, many people senses the great power and even grand Kai was amazed.Many people are around him Everyone was shocked and king Kai was also very impressed as he is amazed. As for the ssj3, goku in the other world somewhere in a mountain , where all the thunders comes at goku as he looks incredibly worn out, bloody, bruisy , clothes ripped of as the energy starts to come , the storm gets even more furious as millions of people senses that and comes to see it. Everyone are just breathless as before and goku screams for his life. Then he is finally a Ssj3 and now king Kai is just breathless as the othes, very proud. Now everyone in the other world hails at goku and makes statues of him. After the roughest training ever , goku became the ssj3, as he would nearly kill himself during the training! Same goes for the ssj2 as vegeta when he tried becoming a Ssj , just 2 times worse ! Edited by Frostmourne, Apr 2 2013, 03:03 AM.

I can see Goku thinking to himself about how to ascend to the next level. I think Goku may not have been satisfied with his improvements and failure to unlock the form. Creating a scenario in his head, he finally pushes his self into the ascension of the next level of SSJ. I don't see Goku unlocking SSJ3 right after. I actually see him training in SSJ2 for awhile, but after feeling 2 transformed states, he knows that there's another. I see him continuing his training and feeling the push and transform into SSJ3 quickly. The reason why the form has downfalls.

He likely spent days focusing on it and found 2, then realized he could push further and found 3 just couldn't complete it. I think that was an on going thing with him, as Vegeta said the circus clown is stupid bu a genius when it comes to fighting.

And when SSj3 was discovered, I bet King Kai new about that but he excreted a sht-load of crp when he knew the power of it.

Internet Explorer Favourite Manga Dragon Ball Z	I look at SS3 being such a strain because I believe that form is like the past Ascended SS forms (Grade 2 and 3), I think their forms that weren't meant to be accessed. Yes, I believe SS4 should have been SS3 instead, because it's obvious SS4 doesn't strain like SS3 does. Now, I'm not here to debate SS3 Vs. SS4, if anyone wants to debate this, let's take it to the GT section...I would be more than happy to. But anyway, I look at SS3 as an Ascended SS2 (SS2 Grade 2), it technically does what the Ascended SS forms did, it increases physical traits I.E. some Muscle and hair, the only exception is the eyebrows, and it's a huge strain on the body and ki it's self. That's how I see SS3, but I see Kakarrot achieving SS2 and SS3 much like he achieved the Ascended SS forms...just over a longer span of time. I see Kakarrot's first SS2 Transformation to be accidently on purpose tbh, Kakarrot Training everyday, always powering up to his max to see how far he can go, and I think one day while Kakarrot was powering up, when he hit the SS limit, he still felt more power that hadn't be brought out yet, and in typical Kakarrot fashion he digs down and forces out the remaining power and in doing so Transforming tino an SS2. Yeah, it might seem like a stretch, but I don't think so. I see Kakarrot achieving SS3 just by trying new things after pushing SS2 to what he thought was it's limit. So, Kakarrot starts experimenting by channeling his SS2 power in ways he never could in just SS. And I think Kakarrot's curiosity in this new form was also his downfall in the form.
