Internet Explorer Favourite Manga Dragon Ball Z	It was established in the Cell arc that All Saiyans > Frieza by the plot it's self, and the Boo arc follows the same formula. Just because he's so young, and just because he isn't really liked or because people doesn't like that he's so powerful so young, doesn't mean that he's much weaker than everyone else. SS Goten was sparring with Gohan and gave him trouble, and made Gohan fly up to get away, the second scan we see of Gohan and Goten sparring, they're both sweating and aura's going...Goten could give Gohan problems and still below or even in a league as low as Frieza. Goten destroys Frieza with a normal ki blasts, then he goes home.

Base Kids>>Base Kids (hindered by costume)~#18>>>>Freeza. I doubt even limiting them to 10% would make a difference, especially when considering how much the costume hindered them as one of Trunks' statements implies.

Internet Explorer Favourite Manga Dragon Ball Z	To add to that, she only fought half of Goten and Trunks, she never fought 100% of either of them (In the Manga that part of No. 18 taking both on as SS never happened). So, really as much trouble she got from both halves while trying to concentrate on the fight, but also concentrate on staying blaanced (Which is not east), I would say No. 18 only got about 40% from each of them imo.

But I think Goten could beat Frieza at this point. Why we're doing a percent thing I don't know, but it's game over for Frieza. But I think by the time Goten is plot relevant, Piccolo and Krillin could easily manhandle Namek Saga Frieza with their eyes closed.

So to me I think Goten would win. Let's see. You mean this Android 18? You know, the blond girl that made those two ripped blond guys look like punks as she manhandled them at the same time? For reference, she's kicking the a*** of the same Vegeta that just whipped her predecessor handily as well as the Super Saiyan that Barbequed an even stronger Frieza than the one in question and his dad. And theoretically (Depending on how you feel about Androids power scaling) this version of 18 that Goten "rivals" is even stronger. So I guess this is more of a stomp than I gave it credit for.
