Could someone like Pan have way more potential then Gohan? Could someone whom is 1/64th saiyan have more potential then someone who is 1/32 saiyan?

Chrome, Safari, IE Favourite Manga Rave Master, FLCL, .hack//legendofthetwilight, Naruto II	Dragonball Online begs to differ apparently, but our sample of hybrid Saiyans is highly limited due to the plot, so it's not a fair analysis. What does seem to be consistent is that their emotional state seems to improve their performance significantly more than your full blooded Saiyans. But this is mainly from Gohan's appearances, most of which are attributed to a unique "Hidden Power" that he possesses for some odd unexplored reason. Pan exhibits the same thing in GT, but there's no indication as to whether it's because she's a hybrid Saiyan or if its because she inherited it from Gohan vertically. And we probably won't figure that out any time soon.
