Just Goku's, as the chain of Sick SSJ Goku>>SSJ Yardrat Goku (vs. Trunks)>>SSJ Trunks is still apparent. Also, while nothing contradicts it, nothing supports Goku using anything less than his full power either.

Google Chrome Favourite Manga Bleach	Namek Goku was new to SS, while Sick Goku trained on Yardrat, got back on Planet Earth and again trained for 3 years, he may be sick, but his power at first will be higher than his Namek Version. If Sick Goku decides to end it in one shot, he wins, if Namek Goku somehow manages to fight for a little while even, Namek Goku would win.

Tien saw Goku SSJ before in Trunks saga , and then finds SSJ Sick Goku after 3 years , still amazing.
