Fat Boo is inside Super Boo and continues to be when he transforms into Chibi. If Super Boo obtains all of Piccolo, Gotenks and Gohan's moves through absorption, then it's safe to assume this goes for Fat Boo aswell.
well , Good Buu's "bulb" was torn off my Vegeta ... and Super Buu transformed to Kid Buu

So , kid Buu cant get anything from anyone

heck , i think he didnt even know any of the past events

Dr Gero bug took cells from Yadrat Goku on earth. Cell never knew he had instant teleportation until he saw Goku use it, when he was self destructing.
didn't SPC claim he learned it from Goku during his self destruction?
I know but dosent really make sense to me Posted Image.

When Cell blew himself the explosion heat made his cells mix with Goku and king kais. That's all I can come up with
