Honestly between Gotenks, LSSJ Broly, and Good Buu, they are very close IMO.

Especially since he's fundamentally the same Buu that beat base Gotenks off screen in the manga already. And onscreen in the anime, as well as in Buu's Fury. So Buu has the Canon Cannon on his side this time.
