If taking Ten challenging Vegeta as an indicator, and the status quo of Kuririn>Tenshinhan seemingly remaining constant after the Freeza Arc, I'd say Kuririn would easily take this.

The guidebook entries of the DB timeline show over a year's difference between the Namekians departing for Namek Namek and Freeza arriving on Earth, and Kuririn was revived 130 days before the Nameks left Earth.
