If Krillin loses, make it Vegeta @ First Form Frieza.

Considering that Kuririn had over a year to train and was already at a significant level during the Freeza Arc, he should've powered up quite a bit. If taking Ten challenging Vegeta as an indicator, and the status quo of Kuririn>Tenshinhan seemingly remaining constant after the Freeza Arc, I'd say Kuririn would easily take this.

Wtf you serious Captain? I had no idea he was gone for a year. I thought it was only a couple weeks or something, lol. Which is why I thought it could be close.

It was at least over 6 months between Krillin's revival and Freeza's arrival at Earth. He should be plenty strong enough to beat First From Freeza by this point.

I say ... IF he was training well enough , Krillin should take it

I'd have him at the very most at 1,000,000 during that saga. He'd one-shot Frieza.

Krillin's ki was still rising steadily around that time , he should be over a mil now.

One-shot story.

I think at the extreme most, he'd be around 1,100,000 to 1,210,000

The guidebook entries of the DB timeline show over a year's difference between the Namekians departing for Namek Namek and Freeza arriving on Earth, and Kuririn was revived 130 days before the Nameks left Earth.
