Who wins? Even though Goku is sick, he had three years to train.

Super Saiyan Yardrat Goku: 150.
Super Saiyan Goku (Androids): 320.
Super Saiyan Goku (Sick): 180.

 Tenshinhan was awestruck by SSJ Sick Goku's power, despite having witnessed Goku's SSJ power 3 years ago. Sick Goku should be able to easily win so long as he finishes this before the virus becomes fatal.

 Sick Goku is stronger than Yardrat Goku, but if Yardrat Goku manages to keep it up for a lengthy time, he would have the chance to win since Sick Goku's power will be going to get weaker and weaker.

 I was thinking for a while , and I might say that Kyouks got a good point about Tien.

Tien's reaction was more as he saw SSJ for the first time , instead of his reaction to his new power. However AT might also wanted to show us Tien reacting about Goku's new power.

I go with the latter , IMO.
