And its implied that nothing surpassed Buu saga Super Vegito until SBV 1 appaered. That Means that Base Vegito EOZ is like slightly stronger then SBV1. Would he take at SSJ3, Great Ape Baby Vegeta?

Mozilla Firefox 16 Favourite Manga Dragon Ball	I would say , yes SSj3 Vegito [Buu saga] would fall short of Great ape Baby by about 8-10x Considering how much Goku and Vegeta increased by EoZ [by 30x - 40x] , they make this far ... Vegito wins

If his Super Saiyan form would possess power surpassing Golden Ape Baby, why wouldn't his Super Saiyan 3 form possess power surpassing someone like S17? It would depend entirely on someone's personal multipliers, would it not? Think about this. During the Boo arc, SSjin Vegetto could take down everybody from the Baby arc in GT except for Super Baby 1, Super Baby 2, Golden Ape Baby, and SSjin 4 Goku, despite Base Goku being stronger than Gohan-Boo. Going by the gains Goku and Vegeta made for the end of Z, Vegetto could potentially end up dozens of times stronger. I'll even show you something of my numbers that would help illustrate this. Base Goku - 0.02 SSjin Goku - 0.2 SSjin 2 Goku - 1 Good Boo - 3.6 Base Goku (EOZ) - 8.5 Kid Boo - 9.6 SSjin 3 Goku - 10 SSjin Gotenks (pre) - 12 Base Gotenks (post) - 30 SSjin Gotenks (post) - 300 SSjin 2 Gotenks - 1,500 Super Boo - 13,500 SSjin 3 Gotenks - 15,000 Ultimate Gohan - 18,000 Gotenks-Boo - 28,500 Base Vegetto - 29,500 Gohan-Boo - 31,500 SSjin Vegetto - 295,000 1,475,000x is the difference between Base Goku and Base Vegetto here. Now calculate that for EOZ Base Goku and Base Vegetto and you get the latter at 12,537,500, which is 425x stronger than before. You'd need a 425x gap between Baby and Super #17 at the very least in order to keep EOZ SSjin 3 Vegetto from surpassing him, and that just sounds ridiculous to me given how small GT's multipliers generally are.
