SSJ3 Goku VS Buuiccolo; SSJ3 Goku slightly above Buu

 This is the Super Buu form that occured when Super Buu was mostly Piccolo. Could Goku's stronger power beat Buu who has the larger arsenal of weapons?

Ultimate Gohan > Boocolo (Super Boo, Goten, Trunks, Piccolo) > Super Boo = SSj3 Gotenks >> SSj Gotenks (Post RoSaT) >> SSj3 Goku. I think that's about right.

 Even going by the Anime, yes closer to the end Kaioshin does say that Chibi Boo is the strongest Boo, and SS Kakarrot got a lucky shot in on Ultimate Boo (Gohan Boo), he fights off Ultimate Gohan, and he and Vegeta fights off Super Boo inside Boo.

There is still more Anime evidence that says Super Boo>Chibi Boo, the main bit of evidence is over half of the Plot it's self says Super Boo>Chibi Boo.

Fat Boo did look weaker than SS3 Kakarrot, but not much at all...to where he did fight halfway decent with Kakarrot, then we have SS Gotenks on SS3 Kakarrot's level never contradicted, then Super Boo is brought in and SS Gotenks isn't in the same league as this Boo. SS3 Gotenks is on Super Boo's level which means SS3 Gotenks>SS3 Kakarrot, then we have Kakarrot not wanting anything to do with any Boo other Fat and Chibi.

Then you add the fact that when SS3 Kakarrot fights Gotenks Boo, when Boo fights back, he obviously has the advantage which means Boo was toying with him the whole time, then after Kakarrot and Vegeta separate everybody's pods inside Boo, Kakarrot admits that Boo can Still kill them and Fusion is the Only way...Kakarrot even complains about Vegeta crushing his earing and says they could win with the Potara.

So, in a whole you've got about 4 pieces of evidence Vs. 11 stronger pieces of evidence that also drives most of the plot (Yes, I didn't mention all 11, but it's not hard to figure out the rest) saying Super Boo>Chibi Boo.

So, in reality you can still use the Manga's logic in the Anime too, given how much those few bits are heavily contradicted. And since this is the Anime, you can bring in the Diaz which adds even more evidence showing Super Boo>Chibi Boo.

To make this short and sweet...Super Boo beats SS3 Kakarrot without even trying, even Initial Super Boo takes this easily too.

I think it would be an equal battle because goku nver gives up but that fusión of boo is the winner.

0.001? Nah, Piccolos absorption made Super buu more intelligent, that's like making him stronger, like more fighting tactics, strategies, moves. And also Piccolo could have added some more power into Buu.

 I don't think Goku will win this. He may be stronger. but Buucollo KNOWS that SSJ3 has a weakness, which will lead to Goku losing. His regen will help him too. He is still enough strong to sustain the fight against him. Not to mention smart, he may have some tricks up his sleeves ;P. Buu wins in the end imo.
