That same Trunks basically one shotted Bojack's henchman. Therefore, Celljrs slaughter IMO. Bojack's henchmen are only good together with their psycho thread technique. The Cell jrs should handle them 1vs1.

That same Trunks basically one shotted Bojack's henchman. Trunks only one-shotted one of them. Zangya, Bido and Bujin on the other hand were shown to cause MSSJ Gohan difficulty in a 3 on 1 battle without relying on the psychic strings. All this shows is that Gokua is trash compared to the other three henchmen.

However, considering there are some parts slightly suggesting them to be below SSJ Vegeta, it's likely Gohan was somewhat nerfed in this movie, especially considering Roshi believed Gohan and Trunks to be the main competitors for the championship, somewhat implying Gohan's superiority wasn't as godly as it was at the Cell Games.

While he did have less problems about fighting, the same can be said for Boo Arc Gohan, and 3 years had already passed since the Cell Games. The only other option is to power up Trunks by a fair bit, but that wouldn't work when Vegeta outperformed him, despite having been shown to have given up on training at the start of the movie.

They only used them against Trunks initially, only using them against Gohan in order to assist Bojack. They were facing him hand to hand without seeming at a disadvantage.

Chrome	Cell Jr's should have, only thing Bojack's goons have is their magic, the Jr's have a pretty solid variety of moves, unless that's only in the anime.
