His Restrained SSJ self was already someone who Kaio believed to be stronger than the Zet-Senshi, and post-ROSAT Goku should definately be above #18, whether it be by a little or a lot.

Somebody correct me if I'm wrong, but for some reason this came to mind: Would 50% Base Broly be just like the Future Androids using a little less than half their power against F. Gohan? Goku on Namek is weaker than that. Broly stomps. Cut Broly's arms off, make him 1% and make Goku SSj2 and he might stand a chance

The best one Favourite Manga They all suck	Borly in M8 is already far superior to MSSJ Goku in just his restricted Super Saiyan form; Base Borly would casually defecate all over even a healthy SSJ Goku from the androids arc imo, so 50% Base Borly would take this particular match with ease.
