Which point in time in GT? If it's Ultimate Dragon Balls Arc Goku, he gets one-shotted. If it's Baby Arc Goku, he'd have a power advantage, but unless he eventually figures out Hildegarn's weakness, he won't be able to win. That goes for the other versions of Goku as well. Unless they figure out Hildegarn's weakness, or accidently exploit it, then he'd remain nearly-intangible. |

In that case, he holds an overwhelming power advantage, but unless he figures out Hildegarn's weakness, or accidently exploits it, he won't win. |

Because Hildegarn's weakness if becoming solid when attacking. Because of that, he would remain as mist until the moment he attacks, so unless Goku figures this out or accidently exploits this weakness, he won't be able to win. In terms of power though, Goku would absolutely wreck Hildegarn, considering feats and statements in the Super #17 Arc show a chain of SSJ Goku>SS2 Vegeta>Super Oob>>SSJ Vegetto. |

Not sure about Super Saiyan Goku being superior to Super Saiyan 2 Vegeta. Mind explaining? |

Simple. SSJ Goku was competing with S17 while SSJ2 Vegeta got tossed around. SSJ Goku > SSJ2 Vegeta |

That means nothing when Super #17 said outright that he could see through all of Goku's attacks, and that Goku was letting him down "at that level." |

SSJ Goku never puts up a fight against Super 17, iirc. |

He did better than Vegeta did. He knocked S17 back didn't he? What did Vegeta do? He fired off a Final Shine and that got tanked I'm pretty sure. There was just absolutely nothing Vegeta could do. If anything, he'd be slightly inferior. Edited by Professor Gohan, Mar 25 2013, 09:34 PM.

If I remember correctly, Goku fired a lot of blasts at S17, which got absorbed, then tried to avoid S17's Super Flash Bomber with IT, but S17 saw his movement and knocked him down. Then Goku emerged as SSJ4. Is that correct, Pyrus? |

Again, that means nothing when Goku did nothing of worth either. He knocked Super #17 back, cool. That's instantly nullified by the android's statement. |

I smell what you're stepping in. Now.. How come Vegeta couldn't do that, eh? At the very least. That's what I want to know now. |

You won't successfully turn this on me until you've come to terms with Goku's performance. Episode 46 Time: 5m Context: Super No.17 just blocked Goku's punch to the gut Super No.17: "You're letting me down at this level. I can see...through all of your moves." Super #17 was testing Goku, so to speak. Episode 46 Time: 7m25s Context: Goku's rapid fire blasts had no effect on Super No.17 Goku: "Geez, what's going on? Those should have all been direct hits! Didn't that have any effect on you at all?" Episode 46 Time: around 8m15s Context: After Goku's Kamehameha Goku: "Shoot your big mouth off, will you? Saying you can see through me? Did you feel any of that?!" Super No.17: "Not at all..." I do not remember which of Goku's attacks were actually absorbed, but nothing Goku did made a scratch on him. Goku's one punch doesn't negate all of the evidence against him. At least Vegeta got a compliment from the android himself. Episode 45 Time: around 15m Context: Super No.17 is about to finish Vegeta off Vegeta: "I-I can't move! I-is this where it ends? My...my power..." Doctor Mu: "You shouldn't blame yourself so much. You've hung in there well, I'll commend you for that." |
