They slug it out and at the end the other one will have no energy to go on and Broli basically just vaporizes him. Unless the opponent has a strategy which Good Boo has certainly not. The Buu's have godlike stamina though and have never been noted to be tired. Good Buu probably has infinite stamina or a stamina supply that never runs down. A Buu running out of gas is never going to happen.

A big disadvantage against a Boo. That replenishing ki can only do so much because Boo can do the same. Whatever Broccoli throws at Boo, Boo can send it back in return. Boo chows down.

Even a Majin has his limits brought out by those who can actualy damge them in that case Pure Majin Boo, who nearly killed Good Boo in the manga with him being even knocked out, they sure are durable but so is Broli they boh will slug it out to the end. It will be quite tough for both and I even do believe it could go either way.
