The dialogue flows better, the voices are more fitting (except with perhaps Kurama) plus it dosen't try to pack stale jokes into the dialogue like the dub. One thing that really ruined the dub was giving some of the characters accents (Chu's a demon from the Makai, yet has an australian accent? Sure, that makes sense...) The dub is good as well, but like almost every other anime, the original version shines brightest for me.
