What time?

Yajirobe would win from BoZ and further. Before that, I think Roshi would win it, he has more skill.

I think Yajirobe could beat Roshi in a close fight if the KHH isn't used or misses.

Yajirobe was capable of fighting on par with Goku, who had likely become stronger since the 22nd TB via Zenkai, whereas Roshi was already wondering if Goku had already surpassed him when witnessing his full Budokai level against Kuririn, which wasn't close to his full power. Roshi's Maximum power form wouldn't help either, considering how bulky it is, especially given that Roshi only ever brought it out when destroying objects, which implies to me a huge speed disadvantage.
The only version of Roshi that's beating any version of Yajirobe is his DBZ Movie 2 self.

Goku didn't get a zenkai from 22nd Budokai , neither from Tambourine , Sir.

It's somewhat implied that he did. Roshi bothered to bring up his young self being no match for Daimao when making the point that Goku stood no chance, implying that Prime Roshi>~22nd TB Goku. However, Daimao seemed to praised Goku enough to get a little more serious against, and Piano also found it impossible that a human could beat a Mazoku like Tambourine, heavily suggesting Goku (post-Tambourine Zenkai)>Mutaito>>/>Prime Roshi>22nd TB Goku.

He might be get a zenkai from Tambourine , not that its shown , as he wasn't near death at all.

Mutaito> Goku? Hmm why him. Also I might say that Prime Roshi=22nd Budokai.

I think Master Roshi would win because he's a more skilled fighter especially when it comes to ki techniques.

He said that because Goku was exhausted and hungry after the tournament. Roshi also said before that Goku didn't stand a chance aganist Tambourine since he was able to kill Kuririn.

Roshi also never said that Goku didn't stand a chance he was just talking about how fearsome Daimao was compared to them.

There would have been a statement if Goku got that much stronger.
