No, Buuhan statment contradicted itself. Buutenks is stronger than Buuhan. His statement of being stronger than ever before is not contradicted. Him saying he was stronger than Vegetto however was.

It isn't even possible unless Ultimate Gohan had a negative power level, and would thus decrease power when absorbed.
