 I like Vegeta's entry with the androids 19 & 20, turning SSJ1 and all, and especially him kicking Goku to Piccolo and Piccolo grabbing Goku like a bin bag. I laugh everytime.

Don't know if this counts, but Gogeta's entry in Fusion Reborn is by far my favorite entry, manga or anime.

Or Vegeta's in Super 13.

 Mystic Gohan's first entry. What made it more awesome was that he was completely forgotten.

Secondly maybe Piccolo in Namek. He appeared right in front of Gohan and Krillin who were about to attack Frieza. He had this cool glow and the music was great too. It was so sudden and then of cource "Good to see you, Gohan" even though he didn't even look at him once.
