Cause if not then going SSJ is MUCH more worthwhile.

SSj4 is unique, and doesn't follow the "regular" Super Saiyan level ascension tangent, therefore giving it a multiplier consistent with the previous forms of Super Saiyan doesn't make sense. That was the thing that completely confused me about the Goku/Superman death battle that just occurred.
