Yamcha has good amplified techniques as well being close to Raditz as he is; he wins from that.

To be fair the Kamehameha was weak sauce. He didnt amplify it that much if at all which is why he got killed. And he seemed to not pay attention to his senses because of arrogance I'd give Yamcha a 60/40 edge with his ego as his main weakness and Raditzs tail as his

Yamcha had a power comparable to Raditz and the saibaman, yet he didnt amplify that thing a lick. The cherry on top was him not even sensing to see if the saibaman was still alive
