goku's not so innocent after all.

Goku was innocent in that he never killed a helpless opponent. remember, those rra soldiers likely had grenades, and as we saw with tao, fighters of goku's caliber at the time are not immune to grenades.

but kakarot, on the other hand, may have actually purged a planet before earth. that would involve killing helpless opponents, such as the very old or very young, or the infirm.

the DB manga, and the Dr. Slump manga as it applies to the crossover during the rra saga.

everything else, regardless of origin, format, or quality.

How did Raditz know that Kakarot was on Earth if he went to other planets first?

He was a baby, how could he keep in touch? I have no trouble believing he had the power to destroy all the habitants of a planet if he turned to Oozaru though.

he wasn't a baby, though. he was old enough that he should have remembered raditz. at least 4 or 5, probably.

This then.

well then, you're stretching quotes; trying make such a simple story seem complicated.

not really. the viz translation makes it pretty clear that goku was part of the group raditz was talking about. he survived because he was "doing wrong". the entire reason raditz even brought it up is because goku called purging planets wrong.

Raditz: “Adult warriors directly go off to planets inhabited by those with high battle powers, but for planets like this that are of a low level, babies like you are sent. Fortunately, this planet has a moon…Even on your own, in a few years you should have been more than enough to clean out all those in the way…If you’d only remembered your orders, that is!

He was a baby, as stated by Raditz.

hmm, vis says it differently. it says little kid, not baby. and there is the fact that goku is supposed to remember raditz. that alone kind of blows the baby thing out of the water.
