It was kind of more powerful than Instant Kamehameha as Goku charged it for a longer time And for being cannon .... how else can we prove if Gohan's gonna handle it or not if we dont take Non Cannon for this particular question ? Since MSSJ Gohan has been stated to be pretty much equal to Cell, we can guess he would recieve the same fate as Cell, without the regenration...

Mozilla Firefox Favourite Manga Hellsing, Elfen Lied, Trigun Maximum	I forgot to take into account the amp for the KHH, so Gohan wouldn't be tanking it, thought the amount of damage would be significantly less than that of Cell...what that means in terms of damage though, up to you to decide.
