Initial Buu gets destroyed, Buu @Vegeta gets destroyed aswell, Buu @SSJ3 Goku would 1-shot the SSJ2's.

By our logic it would, but by DBZ logic it wouldn't make a difference. Number of people doesn't matter much in DBZ, only powerlevels do, and Buu is just to much stronger for them to do anything in my opinion.

Only way I see them winning is if Goku charges a spirit bomb, while Gohan and Vegeta hold buu off.

 what version of gohan is this? Post Z Sword? If not they all get stomped(not one shotted)
If it is post Z Sword they might win if gohan and vegeta hold him off long enough.
