Yea, he has more chi and control in him due to him being a year older but in the match I didn't see a clear image of Trunks being stronger that Goten. He won by cheating 10 fold! xD

And even Goku states that Trunks was stronger than Goten when they're syncing their ki during fusion training, which was only several hours after the Tenkaichi Budokai considering that Goku was still on Earth at the time. However, I will point out that some fans believe that Goten is inherently stronger than Trunks because he didn't need gravity training to get as strong as he was at the Tenkaichi Budokai. But then again, we aren't sure how long Trunks was training in enhanced gravity with Vegeta.
	The vengeance is her's for as long as she stands by Him.
