There's really no way that Goku's KHH would have been stronger than FP Cell honestly. SSj2 Gohan being described as what would be multifolds over MSSJ Goku did a KHH on FP PC and did less damage on the cyborg than Goku's KHH. If Goku tried to do a KHH on FP PC, it really wouldn't do anythign. There is such a significant gap implied between FP PC and everyone else (bar SSJ2 Kid Gohan) WHat kind of gaps do you have between Goku, Cell and Gohan anyways? My judgment: ASSJ Vegeta: 100 USSJ Trunks: 150 Perfect Cell surpressed @ ASSJ Vegeta and USSJ Trunks: 145 MSSJ Goku 50%: 390 MSSJ Goku FP: 780 Perfect Cell less surpressed @ MSSJ Goku: 800 MSSJ Goku IT KHH: 820 MSSJ Gohan initial (since he kept up with Goku and Cell's fight while nobody else couldn't): 850 MSSJ Gohan powers up: 1700 Perfect Cell @ MSSJ Gohan: 1720 So Goku's gap between Cell should be at 2.2x for me. I say he should be half strength at 1720.
