SSJ Goku and SSJ Majin Vegeta (post Krillin Zenkai) vs Mecha Frieza and a teammate

 This would be SSJ Goku on Namek (as he appears in the canon) and SSJ Majin Vegeta (after he gets healed by Dende after Krillin blasts him) as a team.

vs

Mecha Frieza and King Cold, both can use 100% of their powers

also the same team vs Mecha Frieza and 100% Frieza @Namek (no energy problems)

If Majin Vegeta is too strong, make it regular SSJ Vegeta (@final form Frieza)

Release the power within you.

 Depends on how strong King Cold is 100%, but assuming he's about as strong as Frieza I'd say Goku and Vegeta take this pretty easily.

 The SSJ's wins here. King Cold is weaker than a suppressed Mecha Frieza.
