So that would suggest that Base Goten and Trunks are >50% MSSJ Goku CG. Yet there's another thing against that as well. The kids are weaker than their fathers but yet the adults are still comparable to SSJ2 Kid Gohan, whom was only around 2-3x stronger than Goku in MSSJ. It decreased more because of that.
