But Goku’s so strong now that it's impossible to determine if that’s the truth... Black: “Heh heh heh... You may be pretty self-confident, but this won’t go [as easily] as it did with the others before me.” Black also fought a stronger Goku than the Goku pre Korin.

He easily got tooled by Goku, but Tao managed to hurt Goku in a panel or two. He also did some effort against others Post-Korin that he did against Black.

He actually went from stronger to stronger opponents as he searched for the dragonballs. The fact that Goku met Blue after White should be enough to understand that Blue is stronger. I still think Hercule would beat White in a fair fight. I'll put Hercule between White and Blue.
