The Mastermind will proof why: Chapter: 66, P66.4 Context: said before White and Goku start to fight White: “He’s pretty tired…Looks like I have a chance of winning!” White was confident to beat a tired Goku , it doesn't mean he was on his tired level , but he was atleast close. Chapter: Chapter 66, P4.3 Context: White recovers from Goku’s punch, terrified... White: “Who the hell is this kid? He’s amazingly strong...A real monster...” Goku's punches are Goku's punches. Its just that hard where Satan would get K.O. But we see White recovering. White takes this.

Posts: 790 Group: Member Member #5,932 Joined: March 30, 2011	^ Even though it was for comedy purpose, Mr. Satan took some shots from Cell and Trunks. White doesn't seem like he has any super powers. He's just a highly above average guy with good martial arts skills. Mr. Satan should take it; he's pretty tough compared to other regular fighters.

Does the RRA training program have it like that? I believe the stronger guys became General. Like General Blue who was the strongest of the army , while Black the assistant of Red stated to be stronger than Blue himself. General White had a muscle tower with strong own army , so maybe he didn't had to be strong as Blue. Silver was also a strong guy but had a airforce army so he wasn't needed to be strong also. I actually believe that those RRA fighters were all Super Human , not a ordinary human. Soldiers are ordinairy , but the fighters themself were extremely strong for a human.

No. General Blue was special because he could use telekinesis. This makes him, imo, the strongest in the whole army. White vs Satan, however... I dunno. Satan is a martial artists while General White is presumably a trained soldier. Both are in top physical form. Both are good shots with weapons, but I think Satan would win, just because he lives for fighting.

I obviously mean normal Black, not Battle Jacket Black. He was easily defeated by Goku, but he did some effort against the others. As for the topic, a normal solider would do the job. They get to train excessively each day, and they're the army bro. A general would one-shot them. A weak general from the RRA should at least challenge 21st BT Yamcha who would one-shot BoDB Goku who would be able to one-shot Mister Satan. General White is one of the strongest soldiers in the army. He should be at least as strong as General Blue, or around him. 21st BT Krillin or a little bit higher. He would flick Satan away.
