Most people I talk to who closely follow the series and know DBZ well have him above Raditz and below Napa. I place him around here as well. Luffy isn't quite emperor level in OP but he's nothing to sneeze at. I think though he could probably tie with either BoZ Goku or Piccolo if he's lucky. Ichigo is above Piccolo and Goku BoZ but below Raditz in my opinion.

The best one Favourite Manga They all suck	Naruto's Bijudama combined with the Bijudama of the other Tailed Beasts produced quite an explosion, even half of which I honestly can't see Raditz perform, even though he was never really shown fighting completely seriously. Still, given that, it's enough for me to safely say he's above Raditz, and undoubtedly stronger than Goku and Piccolo at BoZ, so, in turn, stronger than everyone from DB. However, putting him on Nappa's level even now is rather preposterous in my opinion, the dumb bastard being able to blow up a city with 2 fingers while not being anywhere close to full power. Luffy, dunno. As for Ichigo, he withstood multiple arrows from Kirge (name f***-up..?), and we see later on the explosion that can be caused by them isn't anything to laugh at, and he even holds one of them, but I'm not sure on much else so I'll just say he's at least top 23rd Budokai tier.

Based on what I've seen from other discussions, probably something like 23rd Budokai or BOZ Goku and Picciolo possibly. Naruto I agree with Kisoko, he's above Raditz but below Nappa. Nappa's DC is where the series got it's first major spike I think. EOS Naruto might possibly get that far if he gets another powerup (which is possible). Ichigo - It's interesting that he isn't at his peak here like Luffy and Naruto are. Post Dangai I'd be confident that he could take on Raditz, now I'd say he'd probably lose and he'd be more 23rd Budokai/BOZ Tier. Edited by Copy_Ninja, Feb 11 2013, 05:06 AM.
