Super Boo has a soul, meaning he can be turned into a Philosopher's Stone. Father lifts his hand, and it's over. |

I wouldn't be so sure, in all honesty. I love Brotherhood just as much as you do, but Boo's bodily properties are quite different than a human's. His body is magic based, so there's no guarantee that a philosopher's stone would work against him in any way. It would seem to me that this would more be a match of regenerative abilities, and in all honesty in a case like that, I believe that Boo has the edge only because he's so d*mn powerful. He'd be able to fully destroy Father's body repeatedly without really trying. To regenerate the body fully, burns up a lot of souls. Father can only transmute Boo's soul into a stone if Boo stays still long enough inside the transmutation circle, and he may or may not have the ability to turn him into a Homunculus. If Boo's body resists magic (like it did when it split Vegetto), then a philosopher's stone may not work, and possibly would only be an outside source of power for him. |

if Philoso-turning doesn't work, the sun certainly will. Basically its a who attacks who first. |

I agree, but Boo's practically a billion (perhaps an over-exaggeration?) times faster than Father. If it's a "who attacks first" thing, I think Boo moves too fast for Father to see. |

Yeah Father undoubtedly (edit: re-reading what ketchupboi posted, maybe "undoubtedly" is a stretch...) has what it takes to end Boo's existence, but assuming the latter doesn't fool around, as soon as he starts moving, there probably wouldn't be much that Father could do. He'd have to be killed multiple times due to the souls in him, I would think, which isn't impossible (or he could get candy'd).
