 Lol the PL list is probably better than what I could do. I still don't know how some people get their PL's. I know in some episodes there are some concrete evidence, but other then that it's basically guessing games. I think it goes downhill after Frieza saga for PLs.

I think you'd at least be able to put SSJ3 Gotenks > SSJ2 Vegeta ;)
