 This is so bad, I just really have to share it. It's so wrong about everything it's almost unbelievable.

Mr. Satan cannot be 140, he is the best, maybe I'd give him 2 mil.

Final Form Freeza cannot be that weak, he's weaker.

Cell should be stronger.

This list is so so so so so so wrong.

 In all honesty, Mr. Satan is no push over when compared to regular "non-freaky" humans. He did legitimately win a Tenkaichi Budokai at one point in time. I'd be willing to put him in the teens or even 20s by the Cell Games.

He's definitely isn't anywhere close to 1 mil, or even 10,000. Tenshinhan and Krillin most likely never even reached 1 mil.
Toriyama did state that Krillin was the strongest human by the end of the series (aside from Oob, of course), and his biggest jump was in the Freeza arc, and during that Time, he couldn't even make Recoom flinch, who was 60,000. Due to his lack of serious training after ward, I don't even put Krillin at 530,000 by then end of Z, which is Freeza's lowest.

 It's his "theoretical power levels" list, so what do you expect? He has a official list on his site aswell. So...a theoretical power level list obviously isn't gonna be accurate.

It's just how he sees it.

What did you expect? It's not good, but that doesn't matter, since he doesn't claim that those PLs are exact.

 Well mr Satan has also been known to either cheat or bribe to win a fight and I don't know if we can legitimately say he won a tournament without cheating. I could be wrong didn't whatch the whole buy saga skipped the filler.

Unless your just placing Goku far too low.
If a farmer was 5, even with a gun, are you honestly going to stand by Goku being only double the strength?
