I could just picture the Phoenix trying to vaporise Hulk and Hulk would just keep regenerating. Hulk's regeneration is faster and better than wolverine's, Phoenix tried to kill Wolverine once but couldnt' so I give the edge to Hulk. Hulk and Thor could push back any Xmen that come after them. Hulk and Thor are the only men to have ever pushed back the Juggernaut btw, if you want to count him as an Xmen, since he did join the team once.

I hate to say it because the X-Men are my favs, but it's just too stacked against them. Maybe if you put a few more on the X-Men team they may stand a chance. Something like: Cap, Thor, Hulk, Iron Man, Wasp vs. Cyclops, Wolverine, Rouge, Storm, Beast, Collosus, Jean Grey, Magneto If they take out Cap, Iron Man, and Wasp early, the X-Men may stand a chance.
